    Hey adityabajaj,

    Currently NSU does not support any more user-fillable fields than just name and e-mail. You can add some additional data fields that will render as hidden fields but that’s it. Sorry.

    If you need more fields for the mailinglist service you’re using I’d suggest using a text widget with some custom HTML in it provided by your mailinglist service.
