Form, display one label for users, attach another to sent email

  • Hi all!

    I’ve got an issue with contact forms.
    I’ve got HTML and shortcodes inside the label to get tooltip and graphics to look “ok”, the issue is that when the mail get sent (when the user submit their request) The whole label gets attached before their answer, including the HTML code and shortcodes, and it looks really messy.

    Is it possible to display one label to the users, and attach another to the answers?

  • Which form system/plugin are you using? Gravity Forms would allow you to do this as you get to completely control the email sent out.

    I’m using usp pro.
    But are we talking about the same thing?
    I was referring to the title of the question..
