Form display error

    My Contact form is not displaying properly on my home page, long string of code is displayed below form behind site content. It is located inside a Responsive Column Widgets box, and has not had display issues until recently. Display issue was present before and after WP4.9 update.

    It also appears that the form itself is not accepting submissions. This form also appears on subpages correctly, and accepts submissions correctly.

    I have solved the issue by using a different plugin.
