Form Disappear When Published

    I am using WordPress 4.9.2 running Impreza theme. Once I’ve created a new form, moved all the elements, after I hit Publish or Update (after form has been created), the form elements field empties.
    If I copy and paste the shortcut code, the only thing that shows up are the submit button.

    We have tried but cannot replicate this bug. Please get in touch with us via our website so we can look into this some more (as you are using a paid theme and we will need to debug this further).
