Form disapears when there are 2

  • Hi there,

    I have add the form to the footer of the website and it works normal.
    But as soon as i a put it in a page it is only displayed in the page… the form in the footer disappears.
    Offcourse i need it to be visible in the footer as well.

    Looking forward to hear from you.
    The website is omlab.nl but its not live yet (new website).
