    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Currently Formiantor doesn’t support PDF generation like that (neither free nor Pro version).

    We have such feature on a future features list so eventually Forminator should be able to create PDFs out of submitted data but I don’t have an ETA and additional details yet. It’s planned to be added in future, though.

    For now, it should be possible to achieve that via Zapier integration which is available in Forminator.
