Form data is not getting delivered through mail

Hi,
I have one form on my website to get user data and the plugin which I have used for this is a caldera form but after submitting all the details the data is not getting delivered to recipient mail as mention in caldera form email setting.
Please help me with this issue, what it can be. and also I am not getting any error while submitting the form.
