Form data display issue

  • Form data displayed on front page using shortcode is not being displayed properly.
    Table, text is not adjusting the size, when we change the screen size or if number of columns increases.
    Table/column size is being adjusted but text doesn’t. Text overlaps with next column text.

    Please help.
