Form Dashboard Page not found error 404

    Hi.
    I heard this is one of the best plugin, so I installed it.
    But I’m facing a strange issue with the “Dashboard” of all the forms – demo ones as well as newly created one.
    Whenever I click on the Dashboard of registration forms (new and demo) the page throws error 404 “Page not found”.
    I tried the usual remedies like permalink flushing by saving the permalinks, but it didn’t work. (Post name)
    Can you please help me in resolving this issue on priority basis.
