Form customizations

I’m using the [event_form] shortcode for this form and have some customization questions.

Can you change this example text? The event name. Example: Birthday party

Can you limit the available times in the date picker? For example to only display times from 8 am to 5 pm?

Can you limit the form to only let people pick one date?
