Form Customization

Hello Team,

I have 3 Questions

1. How to make form in 2 Column instead of single Column
2. How to show the Input field in the register form conditionally, for example.
   If they select “Yes” in the radio button above, they should show one extra dropdown field as well otherwise it should be invisible. This feature is available in Ultimate Member.
3. How to restrict custom post archives as well?
   
   Is there any possibility of doing so?? I am ready for some piece of code if needed.
