    Hi!

    Im newby on wordpress and my company is asking meto do a “customer support form” where they can write us their problem or question and we can set an state for each response (waiting, working on it, solved…). They also want the customer to recieve an email where they can check the state too, so they can see if we are working on it or it is solved…

    I am currently using a form plugin called “caldera forms” but I am pretty sure that if I ask on this forum for support, there will be a lot of better plugins to use or better ideas.

    Yeah, you’re approaching the problem from the wrong angle: no generic form builder is going to do what you’re asking for.

    What you really need is a proper helpdesk ticketing or customer support software. Luckily, there are several solutions out there, even within the WordPress ecosystem.
