Form Crashes on Mobile

I’ve mentioned this issue before but I haven’t been offered a real solution. The issue is that when people try to use the file upload button via mobile, the entire web screen crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling every plugin to see if anythings conflicting and it isn’t. This was working for a while until wordpress updated and now it hasn’t worked in over a month or two.
