Form crashed…

  • The form crashed whenever I had required fields, so I could not use it the day I purchased it. I sent them screenshots of the error and they kept asking for administrative access to my site. They refused to provide a refund. This is very buggy software, and although you have lots of options in it and customization don’t expect a robust product. It is also not mobile responsive. Do not use this in a production environment.

    Sorry but the refund has been provided to you. Note that in addition to this we also offered to help you out even after the refund. Your initial message got lost, thus we were unable to help you. As for your issue it was coming from older version of jQuery in use, not the plugin itself. Thanks and again sorry for the caused inconvenience.
