Form Craft is giving error

After updating our PHP version to 7.2 this following error is showing on my site. It’s a plugin related issue for which I’m here for the support. Please check the live demo link that I’ve provided so that you can understand what’s wrong going on.

Error:
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home12/pfecglob/public_html/wp-content/plugins/formcraft3/formcraft-main.php on line 998

My site is showing this error as I’m using 3 forms in a modal it used to be showing nothing but just after upgrading PHP to 7.2 it’s showing the error. Please have a look & bring a update with patch.
