    Thanks for logging the support request here.

    Did you create a brand new form in the system? Or use one of the listing “starter forms” that are included?

    On the form creation are you mapping the form to a created list?

    Issues can also arise when there are javascript errors on the page with the form .

    Sounds like you have a javascript error caused by another plugin or by your theme.

    To check for javascript errors go to the screen you are having the issue with and follow this these steps https://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/debugging-javascript-errors/ and this video:

    Report back what you see.

    I’d like to help fix your issue in anyway possible. Its tough with a localhost instance.

    Also, If you are using Inbound Forms make sure your email field is mapped to the email lead field and it should begin saving correctly if there is not a js error:
