• I have entered some pretty basic HTML in my TEXT tab of the form content section. It includes some LI’s that have a data-item applied. When saving the form, everything except the data-item code is saved. I am trying to interact with some jQuery and need to have that added. I tried removing wpautop and the filters from the plugin code itself (just to track down the issue) but couldn’t seem to figure it out.

    Thanks

    Hey there,

Have you tried the Disable the_content filter option under Give > Settings > Advanced? That may be what you’re looking for from the sound of it.

Yes I did try that setting and it still strips out the code I need to have in there.

I have a feeling that is a WordPress issue more than just our plugin. Have you tried that markup in a normal post or page? I find often that if I switch to Visual mode from Text mode that I loose a lot of custom markup no matter what.
