form collects payments but some form submissions not being received

    Form collects payments in stripe but some form submissions are not being received/logged. We turned off all caching but still had one form not come through 2 days later – but payments were being received in Stripe which is how we are catching this error.

    I’m facing the same issue suddenly too. Form submissions are not coming through but customers are getting their money deducted and sent to Paypal. Need a solution for this embarrassing situation!

    I have the same issue: Stripe payments are being received and some attachments are showing up in the backend, but form submissions are failing. It’s happening a lot more frequently. It is embarrassing indeed, not to mention time consuming to try to resolve the issue. A solution would be greatly received. The form in question is: https://anthology-magazine.com/submit-your-poem/

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I’m afraid I couldn’t access the page to check the form.

    Could you try to enable the Load from Ajax on Forminator > Behaviour > Load from Ajax and check if the issue is gone?
