    Hi,

I met with a problem when trying to switch from Secure Image CAPTCHA to Google reCAPTCHA V2.

Secure Image CAPTCHA worked well on my website but is not efficient to block spam which is why I consider Google reCAPTCHA V2.

I register all well on google and filled site key and secret key as well. But when I try submitting the form after completing the CAPTCHA, the form is always fail to be submitted. The red words of “Please make corrections below and try again” and “Please complete the CAPTCHA” will show.

Do you have any ideas about that?

    Thanks

    Great

Hi, can you confirm that you don’t have any other captcha plugin installed in your website?

Are you copying and pasting the correct keys from Google reCAPTCHA? Do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, have you cleared the cache and also cleared the browser cache?

If the above does not help, can you disable all of your other plugins and then carry out a test? Let me know how you go.

    Regards

I’m having the same issue. I have many forms on the same website that use the Google reCAPTCHA v2. All are working except for one that I edited today. It simply gives me the message “Please complete the CAPTCHA.” I’ve emptied my cache, as well as unchecked and checked the “Enable Google reCAPTCHA v2” button. Nothing seems to work.

@larrystew, can you start a new support thread.

    Thank you

I started a new thread entitled, “Google reCAPTCHA v2 won’t submit.”
