Form Builder plugin problem with Site Builder

Having an issue with FormMaker, where a 2 page form is not displaying correctly on the page when using siteorigin page builder

Instead of a 2 page form displaying one page, and on clicking next, it should display the second page,

Both pages of the form are displaying at the same time, the second page below the first

Is this something that can be fixed
