Form Builder – NOT a contact form!

  • I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to create a form with:

    • a drop selection menu
    • an “in” and “out” date selector
    • pass the form data to another website to process the action
    • ability to use short code and widgets to duplicate form content across the site

    Think of it as hotel reservations – you select the hotel, your checkin and checkout dates, and pass that info on to the reservations processor.

    All the form plugins I’ve seen are contact forms that store data in a db. I don’t need that.

    Advice?

    Have you found a solution? One I have used is Booking Calendar , but not too functional unless you purchase the pro version.

    Booking calendar won’t work. We already have a booking engine/service.

    I need a way to add forms that are NOT contact forms to my sites. I have “resorted” to hand coding the pages – the old fashioned way. But I would prefer a WordPress manageable way. It seems WP plug-in developers only think in contact form.
