Form builder error message

  • I am building a new website and received the following error message:

    “We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support”.

    This is happening when I try to load a newsletter block from The Gem theme. I don’t get the error when I create a new one.

    The Gem support logged in and said it is “seems like some issue in the plugin code” and told me to contact you.

    Please advise on next steps?
