    Hello,

    The form builder is showing this message: “We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.” And as a result, I can’t edit any form.

    The API key is valid and connected.

    How do I fix it?

  • Hi @anasimoes,

    Have you made any recent changes to your Mailchimp account? Have you tried clearing the API cache?

    Do you see any relevant errors in your browser console when loading the page with the error? Do you see any failed requests in the network tab, and if so can you provide the error message?

    Hi, I have the same problem with the Form Builder. I reloaded the page, connected the API and I cleared the cache. What should I do next?
