• Hi, is this the right place for a query about the add on Form Builder? The form works fine and the custom fields appear when you want to edit a member within wordpress but they don’t appear when you want to add a new member from within wordpress. How can I do that? I’ve got 70 members to add manually.

Also I have added fields for address using the form builder as the default address fields that come with Simple Membership aren’t right for my needs. The problem is I now see both address fields so how do I remove the default ones in favour of the ones I’ve created in the Form Builder?

    Thanks

P.S. I don’t suppose there is an add on that can import members from a spreadsheet?

Well there has been no response. I paid for the premium addon so I didn’t have to hack the free plugin. It looks like I’m going to have to do that anyway because it only does half the job that it was supposed to do.

Your email was definitely replied to. Not sure why you didn’t receive a reply. I will send another reply to you now.

Also, I have issued you a full refund since this addon won’t work for you. This plugin is really for a more simpler usage than what you are looking for.
