    Hi,

I created a full form with multiple steps.
When i send the form i receive the email.
But there is no form information in the mail.

So the only text thats in the mail is: “Form data:”

How can i fill the email so all the form data is placed in the mail?
Im using the email builder tool.

  • Hi @lametje06

Yeah, you need to set up the email notification for that. I am working on the documentation for this plugin.

For now, I just recorded a quick rough screencast for you. Hope this helps.

Let me know if you need any further assistance. And do pass your feedback about the plugin. ??

I see what the problem is.
I aint got the button next to “Field data” as you showed in the video.

So i cant select what i want to have in the body..
    Any fixes for that?

Edit: i found out what the problem was!
I had to update to the latest version of WordPress to get the button to show up.
Thanks for the very quick reaction and I enjoy the plugin!

    Sorry for asking.
I’m still working on the form but it won’t confirm when submitting and won’t send the mail.

Yesterday i tested it and it gave me confirmation on the site that it got sended. Today i tried again and i wont get the confirmation. The email also wont get send..

I tried searching for the problem but can’t find it..
Can you (plugin creator) maybe take a look at what the problem might be?
    Its for the website: https://www.feedback.wesleylambeck.nl

Can you please make sure to check your Spam folder for the email?

I checked the spam folder -> no message received..

Won’t get the confirmation when submitting the filled form, and no mail received.

The person who fills in normally gets a confirmation when they submit the form, but it won’t happen. Although it did work yesterday..

Tried creating new form, still doesnt work..

I’ve just tested it at my end on a test form. And it seems working fine for me.

Can you please test it by disabling all other plugins?

If it works, then enable the plugins one by one to find out the conflicting plugin.

    Hi,

I aint got any other plugins on that website. So Gutenberg Forms is the only one.
I can give you an administrator account on my site if that can help finding the problem? Whats your e-mail so i can send you an account?

No other plugins involved, no mails in spam, no confirmation when submitting the form etc.

I have the same problem. So I have analyzed the code and found out what the cause is: If the form contains file uploads, the error occurs when not all file fields contain content.

    Hi @alpeco & @lametje06

Just to update you that a new version has been released and it should have fixed your reported issue. Thanks for the contribution by @alpeco for that.

It also got some great new features like:

    * Entries Management
    * A standalone post type for creating forms that you can use anywhere in WordPress using a shortcode.
    * Ready to use Form Templates Library
    * And more..

Could you please re-test the new version and let me know how it goes?

    Cheers,
    Munir
