I have a form on my website but most of the applicants who fill this form got blocked. They are reported as a “spam Contact enquiries” which they aren’t.
How can I prevent that? Is there a way to “whitelist” a page on a website?

    Thank you for your help,
    Ben

    Hello Katereji,

    Thanks for your answer! ??
It took me a little while to find the advance settings. But it seems to be all good.
I have made the changes suggested and cleared the cache.
Now, I’ll just have to wait for someone to fill the form to see if it is working.
    I’ll keep you updated.
    Thanks again,
    Ben

    Hello SergeM

    Thank you for your answer.
It took me a little while to answer since I don’t have a lot of traffic on my website for the forms.
Unfortunattely, the problem is still here: every single person who fill in a form is recognized as SPAM and I never get the replies.

Thanks again for your time and your help,

    Ben

    Please do the following:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
