On a forms Behavior page. The behavior after submission is not updating after its edited.

Here is a video explaining the error more clearly: https://youtu.be/TVDWlIhWBkQ

When you register using the form you should be able to download the contract. But because of the error it try to use the incorrect e2pdf template. The template shortcode should be “2”, but it defaults to “1”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bemediaza

    I hope you’re well today!

Such issues are usually related to cache.

I don’t see any caching plugin on the site (in your video) but there’s a good chance there may be some sort of cache active on server/host level.

Could you please check with your host if there is any kind of cache (especially object cache but any other would be very likely related too) on server and if so, if you can purge it? Ideally, host might be able to provide some sort of “integration” with your site so you could clear cache directly from site’s admin area.

If this doesn’t help (or there’s no cache involved at any level for sure) then please try saving the change again while checking browser console – both the “Console” and “Network” tabs – and see if there are any errors and/or failed ajax requests reported there during saving.

If yes, let me know about them/what are they, please.

Here’s example on how to use console with Chrome browser (but it works in similar way with all browsers):

    Best regards,

Here are the screenshots of the console and network tabs.

The error on the console tab appears as soon as I click to edit the form.

    Hi @bemediaza

    The browser console looks fine,

Could you try the incognito mode or a different browser just in case?

Do you have any object caching on your hosting? If so, can you please clear it and try to edit it again?

If the issue persists, kindly export the form https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export and share using pastebin.com or Google drive and we can also try to replicate it.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

    Hello @bemediaza ,

We haven’t heard from you for several days now, so it looks like you don’t have any more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
    Kasia
