Form appearance different in preview and on the website

I hope you are doing well today.

On both screenshots, everything seems to be the same and correct: colors, and border-radius. On the second screenshot, it seems that the form is placed in some modal popup? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

If possible, please share the page URL where we can see this form and see if this is some conflict with your theme.

Font and Uppercase didn’t adjust. Previous font was Lato and I changed it to Montserrat and made everything normal vs uppercase

I can see the form using Montserrat font and all the texts are Uppercase, it seems your theme overrides the form CSS codes, you can use a CSS code to force the normal case for form tests.

You should use text-transform and add it in form editor -> appearance -> custom CSS, here you can find more information about how to add that.
