Form and Submissions have disappeared

    Not all my forms have disappeared, just the most recent one. I spend hours creating all the conditional options for the form. It was working YESTERDAY and there were submission in the database. Now the form and it’s submissions have disappeared. All the rest of my forms appear to still be there and functioning but this one is critical as it is the most robust, most used and the reason we paid for the pro version in the first place.
