Form and settings disappeared after update

After update, can you please deactivate and re-activate the plugin. I think after update tables are created when you update plugin.

If possible, can you give me you wp-admin access I will figure out exact issue and fix.

Hi @webwizz, I figure out the issue with the plugin. Some it does not create and insert default form setting table so that for is not showing after update.

I am working on this issue and update uplugin ASAP.

If you need it urgent give me wp-admin access I create tables manually otherwise you have to wait still next release.
