form ajax submit not working

and fill the form and then submit the ajax submission doesn’t work
instead page is redirecting with form id in url
please look the above link
and let me know is this problem with plugin
and i also debugged this . i deactivated all plugins and then i tried that . it has same problem ..
i cant change theme to default theme because the form is working fine with this theme
i just received this problem last week
