• Hi. I am running Restrict Content Pro, Simply Exclude and WP-Members to collectively handle the memberships on my new site https://www.designbuildmagazine.net. I have a few members that have subscribed for magazines to be delivered to their home, but their addresses (a required part of the form field) are not showing in their member profiles. Obviously, that’s a problem. How can I fix this?

    Thanks

    my suggetion would be to try the designated support of Restrict Content Pro, Simply Exclude and WP-Members

    Trying that now. <sigh> I’ve tried to resolve issues through the support of these plugins before, and the back-and-forth commentary has been slow and unproductive. ??

    another option is to try different plugins

    @traceybuckalew,

    I’m the author of the Simply=-Exclude plugin and from what you have described the plugin doe snot handle specific field exclusions. The Simply-Exclude plugin is designed to only effect the main page loop. So for example you can exclude a certain post category from showing on the home blog listing. Or similar for an RSS feed or Search.

    There is nothing within the plugin to support some field on a members profile.

    Good luck.
