Form add to newsletter update user non tell me “email already registered”

    Hi all,
    i created a new subscribe to newsletter form, with an email field ad a privacy checkbox.
    If i send email, all works fine and it’s add to the newsletter list correctly.
    If i try to register my email again, it update the contact into the newsletter list and show a message like “email ccorrectly registered to the newsletter”.
    —
    shouldn’t it notify me that my email already exists? or is there any way to get this message?
