Form Absent in Woo Checkout After Upgrade to 4.2.3

All was well… A form would be created in VFB and added to a Woo product. The form appeared on the product’s page. The form was passed to (appended with) the Woo Checkout form. And in Checkou, if required fields were not completed in the Visual Form Builder form an alert appeared and Place Order was disabled until the necessary data was inserted.
That was in 4.2.2.
After updating to WP 4.2.3 the form still appears on the Woo product page, but it does not pass through to the Woo Checkout page. Updating to WordPress 4.2.3 was the only thing that changed. Both before and after, updating I used Visual Form Builder v 2.8.3 to create the forms, with Woo 2.3.13
Anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences? (Before I try reverting back to WP 4.2.2)?
