Form 2nd step is not working

  • Hi.
    I am facing a issue on the form like when i submit the first form it should show the next step of the form but it always shows this message https://prnt.sc/cDurt15okXP- this is only happened in incognito window.

    When i am using the same form on the normal windows its working fine.

    Please suggest anything for the private windows issue.

    Hi,

    The most common cause for this is the page and cookies are cached. Try turning off caching for the pages that have the forms on them. If you can adjust the settings of your caching system, you can instead turn off caching for cookies named cf7*.
