Forgotten password email not sending

    When users click the forgot password link and enter in their email, they never receive an email. I’m using the Postman SMTP plugin but I think it’s conflicting with the WishList plugin. Users receive emails normally, they just don’t receive it when they try to reset their password. Any ideas?

  • is Postman working? does the forgot password link email show in the Postman email log?

    It does for some of them. I see that the email is sending to some users but when I personally try to test it out myself there is no log of the email.
