forgotten password an error occured

  • impossible to reset password.
    when i click on forgotten password, it’s going to a page with the field forgotten password: first I don’t know what to write in (i suppose it’s the login or email address that is expected) whatever i write when i click on “get new password”, it’s telling an error occured please try again.
    I’ve tried again and again but….it doesn’t work

    and secondly, i don’t know why transation is not working, as i use .mo and .po files…

  • Which version of Login With Ajax are you using?

    This sounds like a possible conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?
