Forgotten Password

hi,

I’m very new to wordpress and a complete beginner so apologies for what will seem like a simple question.

I am using wordpress installed with UK2.net but cannot access my site as I have forgotten my password.

I have tried using the ‘Lost your password’ link on the log in page. I put in my email address and click on ‘get new password’, the page then says ‘check your email for the confirmation link’. However I have done this multiple times and received no email. I have looked at the page which suggests other ways of getting your password but I don’t really understand them and have had no luck at all with those techniques. If anyone can help at all I would be really grateful.
