Forgotten password

Due to a recent Booking plugin update, I was requested to log into bookings again.
It is not recognising my password, which I think I am entering the correct one.
So, I’ve requested a ‘forgotten log in data’ password and entered the email address that I registered with, but no email has been sent from Zingiri.
I’ve tried it twice now and have checked my junk folder.
The email I registered with was [ email deleted, don’t post emails here ]
Please help!
