    I wonder If you can help me

    I’m trying to log into the WP-admin part of the page but cannot remember the username and password and dont know the email address that was used to setup the page is there a way to get this information

    no mate it was setup by someone for me so want to load new pictures up but cannot get on there

    did you tried the “forget your password” featured, and inserting yor primary (more commonly used) email address in it ???

    yes but it’s not working and the person we set it up with we cannot get hold of him

    I have access to the database now can someone help please

    I’ve tried wp_set_password(‘password’,1); but don’t know if i’m entering it in the correct place please can someone point me in the correct direction

    in phpmyadmin click the table wp_user…… then browse and end it the email of the admin users or whatever user you want to edit. Then do forgot password at wp-admin and it will send you the password..If you are not experienced I would not recommend editing the encrypted password directly in the database thats why I say to just edit the email. Much easier and more secure that way.
