Forgot username?

    The forgot username process is fairly new and not specifically documented in the User Guide as of yet. However, it works on the premise that you have some other things set up.

    The plugin’s setting in the Options Tab for User Profile URL should identify the location of a page that contains the [wp-members page=user-profile] shortcode. When you have that page created and identified, the link to the forgot username would resolve to the correct location.

    Thanks Chad I’ll give that a go and come back if any issues, and will change to resolved if I manage to resolve as you’ve directed.

    Can you tell me if there is a way to just disable the option for users to see the forgot username link?
