Tried that. Twice! What do I do now! It always freezes!!!

What stage freezes? Did you clear out all the files on the server & also clear out everything in the database??

I got frustrated, so I had my friend do it. I think it freezes right before I enter my information. My friend was doing this for me and said that before I entered my email or username is where it was freezing.
