Forgot password text issue

    Hello !
    Since I updated to the version 3.0 of uncanny owl, the login “Forgot password” text has an issue :

    When I click on the RECOVER ACCOUNT BUTTON (see screenshot before clicking), I see the text saying that an email has been sent AND the previous texts also (see screenshot after clicking).

    The interface after clicking should only display the “Check your email…” message only, not the “Enter your email and we will send…”.

    Can you please correct that ?

    And by the way, how can I translate the forgot password sentences ?
    For example, I can’t find the text “Enter your email address or username…” in Loco translate for Uncanny.

    Hi there, each form of the Front End Login module (login form, forgot password form, and reset password form) has a title and description that can be customized in module settings. The description (if populated) is always displayed; that’s the text that you are seeing. We don’t have any plans to change that behavior, but you could override the template if you’d like to change it yourself.

    You can change the “Enter your email address or username…” text in the module settings, or if you’d prefer to use Loco Translate, the code is on line 432 of src/classes/frontend-login-plus.php.

    Please read my first post. I am talking about the ??forgot password page?? which has issues AND cannot be found for translation.

    Hi there. The forgot password page in the new template design (“Boxed with shadow”) has the behavior you’ve requested. We’ll make the behavior of the default template consistent with that behavior in the next release (unfortunately not 3.0.1 because that’s already in the final stages of QA, but the release after that), since they shouldn’t behave differently.

    Regarding translation; the text you wanted to translate is on line #432 of src/classes/frontend-login-plus.php. It’s also in the .pot file included with the plugin on line #553.

    Sorry about that; the task was added to our backlog but not a release project. It will definitely be included in the next release.
