Forgot password shows an empty page

    I have one page with
    [forgot-password reset_email_url=”passwort-zuruecksetzen-bestaetigen”]

    The page in the url has the short code
    [confirm-forgot-password]

    When I enter a email address to the input field and click “reset password” an empty page wil be show.

    Wordpress: 4.7.5
    FE-User: 3.0.19

    Hi uwe,

    You’re using the shortcode properly, so it sounds like there’s some kind of conflict with something else in your install. Are there any errors in the developer console? If you disable all other plugins, does it work? If you switch to a default WordPress theme, does it work?

    I have deactivated all plugins but not the fe-users plugin. And I have assigned the default wordpress theme.

    The issue remains.

    One special thing, maybe it has to do with the impact. I have a multisite and the site where I use the plugin is a subdomain.

    After updating to the actual WP 4.8 and FE 3.16 the blank page issue is solved.
