Forgot Password resets passwords but users can't login

  • Hi,
    I see in the DB table that new passwords are generated.
    user_password_reset_code column is empty although the very first TEST record that I did a month ago and tested Forgot Password has value and at that time resetting password worked.

    What can be done to fix it?

    I just updated plugin to the latest version – no difference.

    Hi Axa,

    Are you currently using the site? If not, would it be possible to toggle the “Use_Crypt” option in the “Options” tab and see if that works? We been testing with that option selected for most of the recent releases.
