Forgot Password Page Empty

    Forgot password page keep shows empty, I have tried with all the steps as per the guide. Checked with Twenty seventeen theme and Deactivated all other plugins and still the forgot password and edit profile page and all not working. Its just keep shows empty. Can you please help us to figure out the issue.

    I have the forgot password page linked from the login page. I see the set up everything is good. But still the forgot password page keeps shows empty.
