forgot-password not working

  • Wonderfull plugin thank you so much.
    the [forgot-password reset_email_url=”URL”] is not working.
    I’v created a page for de forgot password shortcut and for the confomation forgot password.
    The page with [forgot-password]not showing the form but redirect me to the root of the site.
    [confirm-forgot-password] is showing the form.
    Email works with registration.
    I searched the forum, but found no solution.

    Update;
    I changed the theme to default wordpress theme, after that change I can see the form to change my password when using my own theme. When I click submit, it still redirect to Home and no succes message. The email to change my password arrives.
    I’m able to change my password, but no succes message and I’m redirected to home.
    Then the user is not able to login anymore. Not with the new password and not with the old password/
    I use a childtheme for theme Flat.(bootstraptheme)
    Is it me doing something wrong?
