Forgot Password not sent

Hi!
The Welcome Email works great, but the forgot Password Email will not be sent. Ich work on the WP Version 4.3.1 and want to sent it as HTML Mail. There is no other Plugin which is overriding the wp_new_user_notification() too. Have you any Ideas where the trouble is?
