“Forgot Password” Message Not Sending

Would you please check if the emails are showing in the email log in Fluent SMTP? In addition, can you please check if there are any console errors when you click on the forgot password option?

I see that different emails have been sent. However, the password reset button email does not consistently send email notifications.

There are no console errors.

Can you please make sure that the password reset email are showing in Fluent SMTP email log? Also, can you please check whether any other plugin is conflicting with the password reset email? You may check plugin conflict by disabling all the plugins except Fluent SMTP.

I have tested the password reset button from two different accounts and I see them in the email log. Did you fix anything on the backend? I would like to confirm if anything was done on your end because this issue seems to come and go. I just want to make sure this should not occur again.

We have released a minor update, you can check the change log. However, we did not have any issues regarding password reset email. Can you please check the email log to see if there are any errors? Also, please mention which email sending service you are using.
