    Hi @sethy89,

    That seems quite unusual, especially if other emails that we send out are reaching you. If you send an email to wftest @ wordfence . com from that address with your forum username in the subject, I will look at whether they’re sending successfully at our end.

    Please reply here once you’ve sent it so I can take a look.

    Hi @sethy89,

    I tried to find your contact@l**********t.com account on wordfence.com to reset the password myself (which would trigger an email for you to change it) and didn’t hit any users. The likelihood is that this email address isn’t receiving password resets because it isn’t registered. Could you have used another to register on our site?

    hi, I don’t believe so.
    I checked other emails and the only one I get communications from Wordfence is that one.
    That was the email that received the license email sent by Wordfence.
